ICL faced significant challenges in their investment documentation process: high manual effort to assemble investment dossiers from dispersed materials, inconsistent structure and quality across projects limiting reuse and comparability, slow review loops across functions delaying investment approval, and limited traceability of completeness and compliance to guidelines.
Our Solution
AI System Design & BuildICAI designed and built a workflow-first AI application for investment documentation. The solution includes automated document intake and understanding, AI-generated initial drafts aligned with ICL's templates and guidelines, and a multi-agent assurance layer with approximately ten specialized agents performing chapter-level quality control, completeness verification, and contextual recommendations based on comparable projects.
